Who's got the most up to date realistic view on robotic automation?

I do custom work for automotive, like roll cages and custom suspension and engine swaps.
We use CNC machines but it would be awesome to have a super strong robot that can be controlled in a conversational way.
I see all these little bipedal robots sorting groceries but when can I get one of these things in my shop to help me out.
Hell, even sweeping would be cool. But really I want it to be able to pull a motor or an axle and do it precisely with zero programming needed.
Is this ever going to happen?

I want this too!
Robot assistant that can drive my old Ford around and load it up!
