I have come across a few US factories that are entirely owned by Chinese, Malaysian and other foreign owners.

They are making products that are entirely made in America (although some of their supply chain may come from overseas)
I have heard Trump propose this as a good solution to tariffs and a good source of jobs but I am curious how American manufacturers feel about this.

One of the facilities is in Texas and is almost entirely lights-out levels of automation.
The reason the Chinese companies are building these factories is because they can avoid tariffs and also to avoid costly and slow shipping.

Would you consider this to be good for America?
Would you do business with these manufacturers?
How should NORAMARK treat these types of manufacturers?

I don’t think it’s a bad thing. It’s an investment in America and worst case scenario in war time they could be seized if needed. It’s not like they can just be moved quickly.
