Enhanced Connections

This weekend we're rolling out some changes with how Connections work. If you know someone either on NORAMARK or off NORAMARK, you can send them an invite to connect with you through Dashboard->Network menu.
- A regular networking invite is sort of like a LinkedIn Connection.
- You can also send a referral request. This is asking someone to vouch for work that you've done together. When referral requests are approved, both the sender and receiver get an increase to their trust score.
In addition, be on the look out for invitations from Trade Orgs in our system. They will be inviting members to connect with them to share private events, messages, and more.
All of this functionality has existed on NORAMARK for a long time. With these changes we aim to continue to make it a lot easier and more intuitive to use.
