All true but it's an art, hard to set a flat rate using these as a guide because we have different skill/pay levels on the shop floor.

Most Important Manufacturing Certifications and Accreditations?For us, nothing is required for us in custom fabrication but people like to see mechanic and welding certs, makes them feel more comfortable.
