In particular we are looking for a consultant who can help us source tools that can make the radius bends to conform a sheet of 18 guage galvanized sheet forming the seat and back to parts 5 and 2. We want these processes to use a hand radius break or similar manual tooling. We are open to custom tooling as long as it uses a hand break process. We are making prototypes and will move on to die pressed parts in our next iteration.
